1. Think about their closet. What items are in there? What is thrown on the closet floor? How about their drawers - are things neatly folded or jammed in any which way? Do they keep any clothes that they never wear?
2. Think about their first day of school. What do they remember about it? Who dropped them off? What happened? What did they tell their parent(s) about the experience that night?
3. They've just been confronted by a surprise birthday party. Who threw it for them and where is it? Are there presents? Cake? Entertainment? How do they feel about it all - pleased or mortified? Did they secretly expect it?
4. Follow them around the grocery store in your mind for a while. What items go into their cart and what do they look at but not buy? What aisles do they linger in? What's their favorite comfort food? What do they buy when they're feeling romantic?
